window screen corners

Question

I need 4 corners for a window screen
the screen frame is 3/8" white
Square cut corners are 3/4"

the plastic pieces that insert in the frame are between 5/16 and 3/8" thick

(I also have a question: I can't pull out the plastic pieces from the top frame (the metal tension arches are in these corners. Any tips on getting then out without bending up the top frame? :) Thanks
