window screen swivel clips

My name is Paul. I am replacing the window screens on my home. I require a supply of window screen retainer clips, as pictured, to complete my project. The clips should be appropriate for standard 5/16 frames as found in my local stores. I would also be interested in learning more about the rivets and pop rivet gun to install these pieces. thank you
