window seal strip part?

Looking to find/purchase the window seal strip part for this swing open side hinged window as show in attached photos. Ply Gem label also attached for possible product/model number. Both right and left window seal strip - assume same part.

Additional photos to better show window weather stripping are attached. Difficulty with getting a good photo of weather stripping which is falling apart with any effort to slide strip off. Also, window vendor PlyGem customer service was contacted and recommended looking at Swisco for someone who carries their window replacement parts.

I'm afraid I can't make out what kind of seal you have, either. One of the most important features are missing, which is how your seal installs in the window. I can't tell if it's a kerf, and if it is a kerf, what shape it has.

The only thing I can recommend at this point is to look through our complete selection of bubble seal here. I feel confident one of these will work for you, but without a more intact sample to reference I just can't say for sure.
