window seals for double hung windows

Question

I have 2 different types of gaskets/seals that are dryroting.> One for the bottom of the bottom window> One for the inside bottom of the top portion of the double hung window.I have attached pictures.  The windows are 20 years old with no visible indication of manufaturer.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell a replacement for the seal in your first few photos. However, the other one pictured here resembles the 58-055. Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with yours.
