these are double hung windows circa 1982. these parts fit on the inside of the plastic side rails that hold windows in frame. they attach to a spring to ease the movement of the windows up.

I appreciate anything you may find.
The plastic side window guides cover these supports, and those guides are attached to the wooden window frame simply with phillips head screws. The metal part on these supports jut out through the plastic guides to support the window when it is raised. thanks , bill
