window side spring

Question

trying to locate these springs that go on the sides of the window that helps the window open and close. There is a number on the metal 21c bs(i or l or 1). the metal part is 21 inches and the round end is 3/4 " long and the hook end is 5/8". Complete total length 22 1/2"

Please take a look at our S795-21 channel balance. I think this can work for you, though one important difference is that ours installs at the top using a screw tab, not a hook. This means we may need to make this a special order.

Before we confirm, can you show me a picture of the hole where your top hook goes? There may be a way around having to do a special order and that will let me confirm.
