Window Hardware replacements

A quick learner from Marienthal Kansas says:

On my windows the parts that let the windows slide up and down on inside of window are broken there are three windows these are vinyl windows and all three have broken on the bottom on both sides of the windows, there metal and bust into. When I try to open window it will open but not stay up since there is nothing there to catch it.

Thanks for the images. Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-111, but since you have mentioned you are having issues with them breaking, you may want to focus your attention to a stronger version; our 15-191. As for the damaged pivot bar, see if our 26-021 is similar to yours.
