window spiral balance

Question

i am having troble finding a replacement part for this window balancer. it is 17in x 3/8 in.and has no markings. it is a non tilt window.

You have an older style spiral balance and bracket, but we recommend the S400-17 spiral balance with the 17-031 bracket as a replacement option. This balance can support a 6-17 pound window sash. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions.
