To start, it seems your top nylon fitting is damaged. Can you verify that? If it is, can you show me an undamaged version?

Can you also tell me the depth of the bottom nylon fitting? If you imagine that it's a shoe, this would be the "heel to toe" measurement. It should be either 1" deep or 1-1/8".

Lastly, with your stamp, the metal channel should be 25" exactly, not 25-1/4". Please triple check that for me and let me know what you get. Remember to only measure the metal channel, you don't want to include the nylon fittings.
