Hello, thank you for posting,

Your balance resembles the Series 370 style. To further review, are you able to confirm the length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments along with the number stamped on the metal channel?

If there are no markings, we will need to know the weight of the window sash to move forward. Thank you!

Metal channel is 24 inches. 2330. also BX BS (small print). Thank you, Heidi
