The pivot shoe is 1 1/4" wide, 1/2" deep and length unknown as it is broken
spring has #7 on it, 1/2" wide

Thank you for waiting during this busy season! We don't sell your exact pivot shoe. The 15-140 is similar, however, and uses the Series 150 coil springs. See the S150-7 based on the #7 stamp. You can reuse the old spring supports if they're in good shape.

As for the tilt latch, start by taking a look at the 26-120 and 26-121 with 2-1/8" installation hole center spacing. We recommend you review the specifications to confirm they match up. If you note any discrepancies, please let us know.
