Aloha,

this is Dan from Hawaii. I would like to know if these parts are interchangeable, or if they are size specific.

Could you identify what part numbers the shoes, coil and top holders are? I would need four of each of them.

Hi, Dan.

Before I recommend anything, can you show us a photo of your pivot shoe removed from the track? Yours is too obscured by the track to identify but seeing it removed would be a huge help.

Hello! Emily isn't here today, but I can help you out from here.

Your pivot shoe here is a match for our 15-228. This is designed to work with either our 3/8" Series 165 or 1/2" Series 160. I'm not sure what size spring you have but just eyeballing your photos I think it might be the 1/2".

Assuming that I'm right, we also sell the 15-150S support for 1/2" springs.
