window spring/balance replacements needed

I have 4 Sun windows that aren't staying up when opened and am wondering if you can help me identify the parts that i need.

Hi Dan,

We cannot provide a replacement for the window balance but we may have a replacement for the shoe. Take a look over the dimensions for the 15-218 and 15-220 Pivot Balance Shoes and compare them to yours to determine if either of them are a match. Their dimensions can be found on the website.

The window balance is a jamb liner spring balance. You'll need to reach out to the manufacturer to inquire about your best replacement options for them.
