Thanks for getting back to us! Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-111, which uses the Series 160 coil springs. I would recommend removing your coil balance from the window to confirm that the specifications match our replacement parts. There should also be numbers stamped on the based of the coil springs that you'll need to choose the corresponding strength options.

We're happy to help but your stamp is a bit out of the ordinary. Could you show us a photo of the stamp code on your coil spring?
