Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. I just need a bit more information so I can get this moving for you. 

Can you show us a photo of the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord? Would it also be possible to see a photo of the bottom fitting from a side angle? And how many balances are you looking to order?

We're almost there! Can you show us a photo of the bottom fitting from a side angle? You can use the image below as a reference for what I mean. We also still need to see the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord. You may want to check an undamaged balance for an intact clip.
