replacrment for 832 springs and holders for certainteed windows

Thanks for reaching out! There is a chance that we can we can supply you with the replacement springs you are searching for, however I would not be able to identify them based on the stamp alone, unfortunately.

I'll need to see a photo of the entire assembly removed from the window to confirm the right replacement. Especially the coil balance pivot shoe.

here are the pictures the windows weigh 17 lbs the shoe is plastic and 5/8'' diameter

Thanks for the additional photos. Your shoe can be replaced with the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. This is compatible with the Series 190 Coil Balance Spring. Given the marking from the coil and the weight of the sash, you can use the S190-840. The 33-073 screw is used to secure it to the shoe.

can I purchase the unit completely set up with spring, frame, and shoe?

I'm sorry to say we would not be able to provide you with a complete assembly. Each of the parts are sold separately due to the many variations used to repair windows.

We do not sell window framing of any sort, unfortunately.
