window venting lock

Question

I need a window ventilation lock for a Caradco double hung window (wood with vinyl clad).  For security purposes, this would allow me to leave my window open but only at a certain predetermined height.

Thanks for posting! Do you have pre-existing vent latch holes already? If so, could you give me their dimensions?
