i think i have this picture upload sorted...lol
im making sure of size of weatherstripping and spiral balance, but also there is no way to remove old weatherstripping as per pic..can you please advise me

This wool pile weather stripping looks like our 58-127, with fin seal. The balance looks like our Series 900 3/8" tilt balance. Check these parts out and let me know if you agree.

The items you listed are what i was looking at, but glad you confirmed it for me...
My windows have no cut out, and i see in your video it looks like a small piece of the plastic has been removed for easy removal and insertion of the weatherstripping...
I'm guessing a sharp knife would suffice in doing this ?

Yes, a utility knife with a new blade should work. Make sure to only cut just enough to get it out.
