To whom it may concern: I have Patriot windows in my house. Last Wed. morning, it was in the low 30s, and I woke up to find condensation on the front panes of two windows. I wiped it off and upon further inspection, I noticed that on one, the white fuzzy strip on the inside middle, when the windows are closed, was missing. On the other one, the fuzz was not totally around the lock, and I could feel the cold air coming in. I hope you can assist me in finding the new weather stripping pieces I need as well as the price, and how to install it. I have photos I can send you, but this space does not seem to allow for a photo upload. Thank you! Lynne K.
P.S. The pink in the last 2 photos is some fabric I stuck in place of where the white, fuzzy horizontal piece was.
