One of our six windows in our breezeway we use quite often has recently stopped working. It looks like the spring on both sides that hold the window up is broken on both sides was looking at the videos you guys have (which are so detailed and a HUGE help), don't show exactly what I'm looking at, but it's very close to the very Close to the video under YouTube address: https://youtu.be/jkSl9mC6aIA AND https://youtu.be/wJgNG8giUuc.
PLEASE let me know what it is I'm looking at, and if you guys provide the part to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I hope I've given you enough information and imagery to see what issue I'm facing. SUPER BIG thanks for your help.

Your balance assembly resembles the 15-087 coil housing that is compatible with the Series 180 coil spring. Please review the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!
The metal coil or housing should be stamped with a number that will indicate the weighted coil needed. If not, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward.
