window won't open or fully close

Farley window. We cleaned window by titling it out but after placing window
pain back it won't open or close tight.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm not sure what the issue could be from this description so we'll need more information. When you tilted the window, did you hear anything snap or break? We also recommend removing and re-installing the window sash. If it still gives you trouble, check the inside of the window track for any signs of damage.
