window wont stay up

Question

window wont stay up. not sure on the brand, need to pass occupancy inspection. im also not entirely sure what other information is needed other than weight of the sash.

Thanks for writing in! Your coil balance pivot shoe reminds me of our 15-140. Although, to confirm that this is the right replacement, I do suggest removing the shoe from the window and comparing the dimensions below.

This balance shoe is compatible with the Series 150 Coil Balance. Since you have the sash weight, you'll need to take that number and divide it by the total number of coils in the window to confirm which of these S150 coil balances is the correct one for your assembly.

The compatible coil bushing is part 15-143 and the coil bushing cap part 15-144.
