window wont tilt inward or stay closed

Hello,
I had my Simonton windows installed a few years ago, now these mechanisms are breaking rapidly. Plastic ends are breaking in a lot of my windows.
Can you help ID the part and help me with getting new ones, hopefully constructed better than the originals?

Take a look at the conversion video shown below, which we recommend for the works for Simonton windows that use this type of assembly.
