Sure thing. I recommend our 36-048. This isn't exactly the same as your old hinge, but as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then you should be okay. The video below will explain how this works.

I'm not sure if you also needed the operator, but if you did then we will not be able to help, unfortunately. Yours is discontinued and no longer made.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to help with that. This is an old Roto brand part that they discontinued about a year ago. At this time, we know of no other replacements or substitutes. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
