Hi,I'm having trouble identifying the window manufacturer. I see no name or anything printed anywhere. I need the side tension springs for this type of window. Any idea who made the window?

Looks like you have an old Metal Industries vinyl tilt in window. These have been discontinued, but we may have replacement parts that would still work.
Start by looking at our Series 600 spiral balance. This has a 5/8" diameter outer tube. Please note our tube is metal, not plastic, but it will work just the same. You may also find our 75-006 charging tool useful. See the video below for more information concerning this kind of hardware.
