windows do not stay up

hello , these channel balances keep making my window difficult to open. They are either hard to lift up, make a LOUD squeaky noise whenever lifted, and/or they do not close straight. I have 4 windows that do this. So a total of 8 balancers would be needed.

Hello,
We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. I see that you submitted a similar request last year. Could you confirm if these are the same balances?
If not, we'll need to see a photo of the fitting attached to the opposite end of the metal channel as well to determine the correct replacement. Thank you!
