windows in need of repair

Home Owner from Henrico County, VA

I have two windows which need these pieces replaced. So, am talking about 4 balance bars (with grey shoes (20-3) and four pivots which match.

Since I would like to keep these windows a while longer, would like some extra parts..

Hope you can help, or point me toward someone who can.

Thanks, in advance.Warren

Hello,

We can't be sure of what you have with the original hardware still installed, but take a look at the S795-20 (20C) channel balances.

You'll need to remove your assembly to confirm if the 1-1/4" width 15-195B open cam t-lock shoe matches yours. If so, you'll need to purchase the shoes as well and follow the video below to swap out the stock shoes.

As for the pivot bars, we've related a few similar options on this page for you to review, but you'll need to remove yours from the sash frame to compare to the specifications shown on our product pages.

Hi, thanks for your patience....been out of town some over the past few weeks. here are the original pix, plus some additional ones. please let me know if you need anything else.
I have two windows that need the balance bars (top/bottom), pivot points, and whatever else is needed to replace the mechanism. Would like to get a spare set as well to have on hand.
Appreciate the help.

The pivot bars shown on this page would be our best options but you'll need to review the dimensions shown on our product pages to confirm if one of them matches your parts.

As Casey mentioned, you'll need to remove the balance from the window to compare the measurements of the 15-195B to your T-lock shoe.
