It's hard to determine what you have without knowing the dimensions of your shoe. I would say start with our 15-015 pivot shoe and carefully compare our dimensions to yours to confirm if they match up. As for the balance, it could be either our Series 900 (with a 3/8" diameter tube) or our Series 600 (with a 5/8" diameter tube).
