Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! I believe we can provide you with a replacement recommendation for your balances. Although, I'll need to see a photo of it removed from the window to confirm the correct replacement. Please provide clear photos of the top and bottom attachments on the balance.

The stamp from the balance tells us the weight range the balance can hold but it cannot be used to identify the series.

I believe you window latches can be replaced with the 26-243 and 26-244 Tilt Window Latches. Carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to confirm if these are the right fit.

Hello,

Unfortunately we are not able to provide a replacement for the balance cover itself. We apologize for the inconvenience. Let us know if you have any questions in the meantime.

If you are not able to remove the balance, to further review, we will need to see a clearer image of the attachment at the bottom of the pulley cord that connects to the pivot shoe, along with a picture of the top of the metal channel to confirm how it installs.

Does the metal channel screw into the window or hook in?

I believe the attachment at the bottom of the balance cord may be the 15-044 style and 15-216 pivot shoe, but we will need to see a clearer image to confirm as this configuration will require a custom order.

Please also confirm that the metal channel only measures 32 inches long. Thank you!

Thank you,

It does appear that the balance uses the 15-044 attachment, but please let me know if you agree as from the current condition I cannot fully confirm.

We will just need to know how the balance installs at the top. Does it screw in to the window channel or hook in with a S-clip like the 19-029 or 19-030?

How many balances are you in need of? This configuration will require a custom order and has a minimum of (2), nonrefundable. Thank you!

Thank you,

If your balance uses the 15-044 attachment, we can supply a custom S770-32 channel balance with this attachment. This balance will install at the top with a screw and will have a 32D stamp like your original that can support a 25-30 pound window sash.

I have sent over an order link for (2) balances with pricing for your review. These balances are nonrefundable.

If you need any new 15-216 pivot shoes, they will need to be added to your cart additionally from the product page before checking out. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

This coil assembly can likely be replaced with the 15-251 Inverted Universal Support. It uses the Series 160 Coil Balance. Since your assembly is stamped with a 7.5, you'll need the S160-07.

You'll need the 16-032 to replace the clear mounting clip in the window.
