Hello,
I can't be sure but I suspect that you may be showing a type of sash stop. Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement that installs with a screw as shown in your photo. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
