Sounds like you need new balances. We sell a ton of spiral balance assemblies, but I can't tell if your window is tilt or non-tilt. Can you verify?
Can you also tell me the exact diameter of the metal tube? It should be 9/16" or 3/8". Those are the only two options, so please measure and let me know which one it is.
