I sent a email 8/02 about some better information. Given my problems with the internet, you may not have received it.
I have some heavy wood sliding doors of which one slides. (The doors were made by ROW which is now PLYGEM.) In looking looking at the handles on your web site the 82-003 looks like a fit but it says for 1" door. Mine is about 1.5 " and is keyed. Can one use this one and have a lock in the door? The screw holes are off set 3 and 15/16 ". I need to find a heavy duty handle or set for this door do to its weight and use. Is there such a door handle or set you can suggest. Or is this one ok?

Good afternoon, Dale.
Unfortunately, the lock you need for your thicker door is no longer available. If you still have the inside die cast locking mechanism, then you may want to consider trying it with the 82-003, however I cannot be for certain.
You can always upload a few photos of your handle set with dimensions so we can give you some better ideas, especially if we see the lock.
