worn out bubble seal weatherstripping

Question

The plastic on the bubble weatherstripping of my Jeld Wen double hung window is broken and cracked. The base extension is 1 cm high and the bubble diameter is 1 cm. It appears to be foam filled. I've attached photos but the strip totally fell apart so it may be difficult to see what it looks like.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see an end profile photo as shown in the video below to compare to our inventory. If it's hard to make out the shape, you can cut off the damaged portion to get a better profile. Thank you.
