I am looking for a replacement magnetic strip for the door and frame in the attached. The strip has broken down over time and needs to be replaced especially on the door. Older shower door magnet strip became fragile and snapped once out of its track. Measurements are 70" H for door, 3/4" width, 1/4" thickness

I was hoping you could help me in finding out what I need to get or replace with my shower door and the part the holds the magnetic stripe to keep the door closed.
