This is a genuine Truth Hardware replacement tie bar keeper. This part is non-handed and made of high strength steel and UV resistant acetal rollers; part of the Mirage series used in Truth's concealed multi-point locking system.
Helpful Tip!
This part does not include new fasteners. Do not throw away your original screws, you will need them for the installation of your new part.

Casement lock keeper
Hi I was wondering about some replacement keepers for my casement windows. The casement mechanism says Truth EntryGard and it is a multipoint lock system. I have not been able to find identical keepers and I was wondering if there is an alternative that will work.
