Balance Clip Attachment

I have a broken cord on a Pella, double-sash, tilting, vinyl replacement window. I do not know how to remove the balance from the window channel. The metal part of the balance is 24" long and has 24B BSI TC stamped on it. The window cord is attached to a V-shaped metal clip that goes into an open ... (cont.)

We have 15 windows VHT Colony SH 3060 that are not working due to the strings on both sides of the windows have come out and the windows will not stay open by themselves. Balances are approximately 34 inches long with 1/2 inch channel. They are stamped with 34D BSI BT and 36D BSI BT. need 10 each.

I need two of the S795-27, however the top of my existing window balance has a 15-198 balance clip attachment instead of the standard one. Do you have a part number for this configuration or can you make these for me?

channel balancers are all 31 inches long, plain balances (?), for tilt-in single hung bottom window sashes only marking on them is "31B BSI TH" windows all have a sticker on the sash frame "Astoria-300V Single Hung" I also need new sweep locks for every window I have more pics I can send if needed ...
