There are no markings on this part. I have been unable to find these anywhere, including Ace Hardware, Lowe's or Home Depot. Looking for two bay window lock and 8 screen holders

This is a clip that hold a window screen in place. There are four clips per window. Several clips are broken and need to be replaced. The length is 3/4" and the width of the clip is 3/8". I also need to know what kind of blind rivet to use. Thanks!
