Awning window dual arm crank operator with single pull. This Truth Hardware replacement operator measures 16 inches in overall length for an approximate sash opening of 10-1/2 inches; designed to provide positive control of the sash in any position.
Material: High-pressure die-cast zinc case with hardened steel drive worm and gear arms.
Finish: Electrostatically applied, durable coatings.

looking for two parts - crank mechinism and weather stripping

Crank mechinism has 30895 stamped on it. Weather stripping looks like 55-106-6. Just trying to verify.

center part of this arm assembly
