Low profile Truth Encore series casement window operator, mounts to sill. This replacement dual arm operating system is used by several window manufacturers.
See SWISCO product 39-438B for the opposite handed version of the operator. The manufacturer (Truth Hardware) calls this operator right handed: The handing is determined by the side the hinge is on when viewed from the outside.

Hi I need a replacement part for my window. When I crank the crank it works fine until the very end where it just slips and won't close. There seems to be some teeth on the gear that are worn down that perhaps is leading to this slipping.
