Product Description

Andersen Narroline double-hung window sash counter balance. Sold individually. Can be used to replace balance boxes with stamped numbers R12 827. This balancer is used on the right hand side of the window as viewed from the exterior of the window. See SWISCO product code 24-L8-1227 for the left handed balance for this window.

Good Idea!

For best results, replace window balances in pairs (though sold individually). An old balance will overwork a new one, causing faster wear and uneven operation. Paired replacement ensures optimal, lasting performance.
