Spiral balance

It's seems to be a 23" spiral balance. 5/8 diameter. White tip. The end of the spiral seems to be damaged. No shoe or bracket anywhere in the window frame nor near window.

Need help with all of the parts in the attached photos.

Aluminum Window "Brake"

Looking to match the part shown here. It goes inside the channel and effectively "brakes" the window so it remains in the open position. Malfunctioning window is missing this piece from either side (this picture is from a similar window in home that is properly functioning). Thanks!! ... (cont.)
