White Window Dyad Crank, 8-3/4"

Hello. I need to replace a pair of casement window crank operators. I don't know the manufacturer, but they are from the 1990s. Both are cracked in the same place and interfere with opening and closing. Another pair of crank operators isn't broken but have become harder to open/close over time. Is t ... (cont.)

I need a window operator. The connecting arm is 9" long, distance between screw seats is 5".

I don't know the brand name of the windows (probably 30 years old) and I can't remove without replacement parts. Hope you can help. I've been waiting months for someone else to help with no luck! The glass has been replaced so I really don't want to get a new window. Please let me know as soon a ... (cont.)

Standing on the inside looking out the window the handle is as pictured to the left on the crank. the only number we could find was on the window supports upper and lower of 31230A and 31230B We replaced those but now need the new crank operator Please advise Thank you !!

I think it's a single arm Truth. I sent over some pics. Seems like the long arm is like 10 inches long the way they're supposed to be measured. I really don't know but hope you can help.
