Replacement part to assist in tilting in a 400 Series Andersen double hung window sash. A wash assist stop is a small, button-like component that is installed on the jamb liner of a window. It helps to keep the sash from gravitating too low on the side jamb, preventing the window from being accidentally opened too far. This tilt-wash assist stop is sold individually and is a genuine Andersen product.
