This replacement clevis is a U-shaped bracket with a set screw, used to connect a 21-019 bottom pivot in a Fenestra bi-fold closet door.

Moved into a house with 4 sets of Fenstra bifold doors from the 60s or 70s. A number of the parts appear to be replaced a bit haphazardly.
