Vinyl, double hung windows, original to house built in 2000. The window locks have an emblem on them "MW".
The part with the numbers seems to be PVC and the cylindrical part seems to be nylon.
Also, I have several windows with broken parts. Since the house was new, many of the windows have been difficult to open / close. Just curious what might be the best way to lubricate these windows?

It looks like you are showing us a few pieces of a pivot shoe that has seen better days. I'm confident that we carry a replacement but we would need to see the part form another window, undamaged and removed. The width and thickness also play an important role in which replacement we will recommend.
As for lubrication, we normally recommend either silicone spray or our 75-077 track lubricant, depending on the application. Thank you!
I'm afraid they never got back to us with more information. At this stage we would need to see an undamaged version of the shoe with detailed, written dimensions. Would that be possible?
Thank you! This photo is a huge help. I do recognize this balance assembly and have seen it a couple times in the past. However it's a somewhat old model and I don't believe it's made anymore.
We have no verified alternative, but our best guess (for now) is a combination of the following parts:
The bushing, bushing cap, and support barrel all snap together into one piece that retains the spring in the jamb. The spring then screws to the shoe.
There is no guarantee that these parts will work for you, but I think they're our best bets. Review the specs in each case and see what you think!
