Help with product - Shower door guide

Hello,  I purchased the product with code: 10-216  and it worked great for getting my shower doors back "on track", but I noticed one door needs to be raised and have the rollers adjusted so I need to take it out of the shower again.  How can I remove the door from the track without damaging the guides?  The door doesnt want to get free of the track.   Thank you so much for any advice - you all do a great job at responding and have good products!
