Balance shoes for American Craftsman series 8500 windows.

Question

I am looking for the correct lock shoes for my American Craftsman series 8500 double hung windows.  The shoe is basically 2 inches from top to bottom, 11/4 inches from side to side and roughly 17/32 inches from front to back.

Thanks for reaching out to us. American Craftsman replaced your old pivot shoe with the 15-046. You might also want to purchase the 75-006 charging tool to help reconnect the spiral balance to the pivot shoe.
