This is a peculiar spiral balance setup, but we may still be able to help. If the original housing tube measures 5/8" in diameter and they are used in a wood window, you may be able to use the S500 spiral balances with the 17-012 mounting brackets. You'll need to weigh your sash to determine which color option you'll need. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight. We also suggest using a charging tool like the 75-005, which makes the install much easier. Thanks for posting!
