need sliding door roller 1 1/2 metal roller, 3- 1/8 long, height 1- 1/2 , with 3/4...hole attachedment to sliding door on top..roller adjust screw on the bottom not top

Thanks for writing in! Your patio door roller reminds me of the 81-153 Tandem Sliding Glass Door Roller. It appears to be an exact match, but be sure to review and compare the dimensions below.

It has a 1/4-20 machine thread, so the 33-104 can be used to replace the installation screw.
