Product Description

This replacement roller is for a sliding patio glass door. Features a steel adjustable housing with two 1-1/2" diameter steel concave ball-bearing wheels with a 1-5/8" minimum collapsed height. Installation hole has a 1/4" -20 machine thread.

Helpful Tip!

This part does not include new fasteners. Do not throw away your original screws, you will need them for the installation of your new part.

Good Idea!

The typical patio sliding glass door uses two roller assemblies, one on each bottom corner of the sliding door. We recommend replacing both sliding door rollers at the same time to prevent extra wear-and-tear to one new roller, which will have to work twice as hard when paired with an old roller.

My local repair shop quoted me a replacement with a tandem wheel. My door has a single wheel. I ordered 81-093 which appears to be a virtually identical part and should slide in nicely. From what I can tell, there is plenty of room to slide a longer housing in, like one that would use a tandem wheel ... (cont.)
